The Houses
Our negotiated rates are typically 20–40% below equivalent public pricing, depending on property, season and availability.
The houses we return to most often, and where our relationships run deepest. Not the only places we book, but the ones we know well enough to tell you which room to ask for.
London
Ask for the heritage rooms in the original building, not the new wing.
The art deco rooms on the upper floors. The Victorian side is a different hotel.
Paris
Côté Jardin, not Côté Vendôme. The garden side is markedly quieter.
A high floor facing west. The Seine and Notre-Dame view is the whole point.
Hong Kong
Harbour view only. The city-facing rooms are a different experience entirely.
Studio 70 and above. No lobby, no check-in desk, which is the appeal.
Further Afield
Twenty-four rooms above Moltrasio. Book the shoulder season.
Barefoot, but the villas with private pools are worth the difference.

The range shown reflects savings achieved across bookings made in the twelve months to July 2026, compared against the lead public rate for the same room type and dates. All prices exclude taxes and resort fees.
